So my xbox 360 has the red ring of death. I called xbox support and they said that they were going to have me pack the xbox in my own packaging and that they wanted me to put my customer service # on a paper in the box.
They said that they were going to send me an email with a UPS shipping label to print off, put on the box, and ship it at our local UPS store.
How long does it take to get this UPS label emailed to me? I think the guy from India didn’t understand me when i told him my email.which includes my name.so he should have been able to spell it right.
It has been about 3 days since i called!
Is the shipping info even correct? I was told that they send you a box, label, and fitting pads to protect the xbox during shipment.true?
